Here are some standard protocols for the patients to be responsible patient and their rights for quality healing in harmony at Prasiddh hospital:

• Provide complete and accurate information about his / her health, including present condition, past illness, hospitalization, medication and any other matters that pertain to his / her health.
• Provide complete and accurate information including full name, address and other information
• Abide by all hospital rules and regulations.
• Comply with the NO SMOKING policy.
• Comply with the visitor policies to ensure the rights and comfort to all patients. Be considerate of noise levels, privacy and safety. Weapons are prohibited on premises.
• Treat hospital staff, other patients and visitors with courtesy and respect
• To be on time in case of appointments. To cancel or reschedule as much in advance as possible in case of cancellation or rescheduling of the appointments.

Patient Safety

Prasiddh Hospital’s employees are made to participate in patient safety procedural training similar to that of partners to the patients. At Prasiddh, we improve patient safety through our infection control practices, prevention programs, patient awareness programs, and other safety procedures as per the WHO standards.

Inpatient Services (IP)

We provide independent spacious deluxe rooms which serve the purpose of in-patient, which comes in both Air Conditioned and Non-Air-Conditioned rooms, sharing & general wards for male & female separately. All rooms are equipped with the best quality of fowlers’ beds and central oxygen and suction facilities.

Outpatient Services (IP)

The outpatients have well-spread spacious consultation rooms and a wide air-conditioned waiting hall. The OP department is also equipped with broadband WIFI internet connection for the patients. The OP specifically offers prompt responsiveness to the patients addressing their problems and directing them to the concerned doctors through proper appointments.

Emergency/ Trauma Care

The hospital is well equipped for all the emergency and trauma care services, which happen round the clock and are absolutely attended to, by the senior and experienced doctors. Trauma care at Prasidh Hospital is taken instantly, and immediate treatment is offered by the doctors and critical care team with the highest level of care. We have our Emergency Medical Specialists, Trauma surgeons, and other support staff, they are specifically trained to attend to all these emergencies.

Pharmacy

The Pharmacy services are available 24hrs to both In-patient and Out-patients. The medicines are made available all the time and stocks get updated from time to time. The pharmacy department is maintained by experienced and qualified pharmacists as per the required standards and procedures.

Operation Theater

The Operation Theater (OT) is very well-maintained and updated from time to time. We have the facility of one major laminar flow and one minor operation theater which is capable of handling most of the super-specialty surgeries.

Gynecology and Labor Room

We have made special attention being made to the Gynecology and labor room. The rooms are equipped with the latest equipment. The phototherapy unit and the baby warmers are available for emergency neonatal care. Special attention is given to premature babies by experienced gynecologists and obstetricians, along with Neonatologists and Pediatricians.
